How can I change my Pin?

Your safety Pin is extremely important. You need it to do several things in the site, such as requesting withdrawals or updating your personal information.

If you don’t remember it, don’t worry, follow these steps and set a new one:

1. When the Pin pop up appears, click on the “Change Pin” button
2. Once clicked, you need to type your email
3. You’ll receive an email to that address.
4. Click on the link in the email and enter a new Pin.

Done! Your new Pin is ready!

Important: For safety measures, you can only enter a wrong code 5 times. If you reach this number, your account will be blocked for 24 hours.
